While “QS World University Ranking by Subject” evaluated world universities under five main subject headings under 51 sub-topics in 2021, it ranked a total of 1,453 universities from 157 countries.

According to the evaluation results;

Our university succeeded in ranking in the following sub-topics: 2 in 2018, 5 in 2019, 6 in 2020, and 10 in 2021.

While Hacettepe University continued to rise by ranking 301st in the general rankings in the main title of "Life Sciences and Medicine", it maintained its place in the first place in the country rankings.

While rising to the 251-300 band in the general rankings in the sub-title of "Medicine", it continued to maintain its 1st position in the country rankings,

In the "Pharmacy and Pharmacology" sub-heading, it was included in the general ranking from the 251-300 band for the first time and ranked 1st among universities in Turkey,

In the "Biological Sciences" sub-heading, it rose to the 351-400 band in the general ranking and to the first place in the country rankings.

In the "Education" subtitle under the main heading of "Social Sciences and Management", our university was in the 251-300 band in the last two years, but this year it rose to the 201-250 band.

Our university continued its rise in the sub-titles of "Mathematics", "Chemistry" and "Physics and Astronomy" under the main heading of "Natural Sciences".

Our university also achieved an increase in the sub-titles of "Chemical Engineering", "Mechanical Engineering" and "Computer Sciences and Information Systems", which are under the main heading of "Engineering and Technology".
