Prof. Dr. Hülya Karataş Kursun from Hacettepe University, Institute of Neurological Sciences and Psychiatry has been offered to Seal of Excellence Award by International Headache Society, which is the leading organization of headache in the World.

Dr. Karataş Kursun’s research focuses on experimental models of migraine aura and her research has shown that neuroinflammation has an important role in migraine headache initiation and continuation.
